Kristin E. Lesser

Paralegal

Though she took an unorthodox path, Kristin Lesser quickly found a successful career in law, which she’s leveraged into her role as a paralegal at The Terry Law Firm, PLLC.

Born and raised Buffalo, New York, Lesser earned her associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Trocaire College in Buffalo. After a brief stint in Virginia, Kristin moved to Charlotte in 2002, where she began her transactional law career working as a loan processor for a family-owned firm in Lake Norman. She joined the University office of McMillan & Terry in 2004 funding and processing post-closing.

In 2008, Kristin transitioned to the REO side of real estate transactions as a Seller-Rep for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae with the law firm, Kellam & Pettit, which eventually merged with Rogers Townsend & Thomas. In the early 2017, Kristin was thrilled to rejoin Dan’s team at The Terry Law Firm, PLLC to handle closings.

Away from the office, Kristin loves spending time with her daughter Hannah, her boyfriend Mark, and his 11-year old daughter, Pierson. She’s happy when she’s cooking for her family, binge-watching the latest Netflix series, or hitting the town with friends for live music. Weekends in fall, however, are reserved for one thing – football – Go Packers!
